Oh, the ever so famous Johnny Manziel. Man, the media cannot get enough of this man. It seems like everything this guy has done, the media has been all over it. If people think the media comes down harder on anyone else other then Johnny Manziel, they are sadly mistaken. There have been so many rumors about him just because of the media's portrayal. They make him look like a drug addict, an alcoholic, and someone that does not want any part of football. I mean what NFL player does not go out to a party or something and doesn’t have a couple of drinks? Gronkowski, the patriot’s tight end goes out all the time but you do not see any media going crazy about it or people spreading all kinds of rumors. The media is bias towards certain people. If you get caught once, be prepared to have the media following you around, creating false statements, trying to be annoying and ruining your life. The media feeds off of people’s arrogance. That is how they get paid. Whoever has the juiciest story gets it published and gets paid a lot. I do not think I have turned on ESPN in the last 6 months and heard anything good about Johnny Manziel. I feel bad for the guy because now, since the media has been so relentless and ruthless with this whole situation, he has been cut from the Browns and no one will sign him, just because of what the media has been portraying him as.
